“While practicing orthodontics and creating smiles of a lifetime for my patients, my two main mantras are "make them feel good and inspire them". When I graduated from University of Minnesota school of dentistry with Highest Distinctions, I felt fortunate to join a professional setting where I could serve people and communities. Since then, I constantly sought progress in my career. I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program in San Francisco, practiced general dentistry in Indianapolis and Seattle for several years, served as a faculty member at University of Washington School of Dentistry, and ultimately obtained my master’s degree in orthodontics. I even took an extra step to become board certified in the specialty that I truly love and have so much passion for which is of course orthodontics. Throughout this journey, I have had the opportunity to practice, teach, learn but more importantly serve my patients, peers and the community. In my current position, I take pride in offering evidence-based orthodontics tomy patients by using orthodontic literature as a tool to improve my skills in making beautiful smiles. In addition, I am honored to contribute to the orthodontic science by being involved in orthodontic research. My research on accelerated tooth movement has been published in orthodontic journals, presented in orthodontic meetings and awarded by American Association of Orthodontics."
